You get let in. You don't sign up.
A shared inventory is only as trustworthy as the people holding it. Nobody sees a single listing before all three gates are cleared.
An introduction
A current member — or the community administrator — sends you a single-use invitation to your work email. There is no public registration form.
Licence verification
The administrator checks your brokerage credentials and DLD licence by hand before your account is activated. No self-certification.
A signed agreement
You digitally sign the Master Co-Brokerage Agreement. Until it is signed you cannot list a property or open the community inventory.
Nobody's commission depends on goodwill.
Co-brokering breaks down over two fears: the listing agent loses their client, the selling agent does the work and gets cut out. Both are answered in writing, before either of you is on a deal.
If you listed it
- Your half is fixed by the community agreement, not renegotiated deal by deal.
- The landlord relationship stays yours. Your DLD permit is on the record, and you keep control of status and price.
- Your branding travels with the photos — every image is watermarked with your agency on upload.
- Only verified members can see it. The inventory is never public and never indexed.
If you sold it
- You are pre-authorised. Bringing a buyer needs no permission from the listing agency — the authorisation came with the listing.
- You see the terms before you work. The split is printed on the listing itself, not discovered at closing.
- The deal is recorded against both names — listing agent and selling agent, through to close.
- You get a statement, not a promise, citing the agreement both of you signed.
One agreement, signed once, enforceable later.
The Master Co-Brokerage Agreement is executed by digital signature with a timestamped audit trail, kept for every member. Agreement signing, listing edits and commission changes are all logged with a user and a time — so a dispute is settled by the record, not by memory.
Keep your CRM. Rabita feeds it.
Nobody is asking your agents to abandon the system they already work in. A documented REST API lets your CRM pull the community inventory, read the commission terms and push status changes back — your agents keep one screen.
Keys are issued per community from the admin panel, and every call is scoped to your membership.

DLD permit on every listing
The permit proving the landlord's authority is verified on the record. Where a property is held by more than one agency, all of them show — up to the three DLD allows.
Watermarked media
Every photo you upload is watermarked with your branding automatically, so your work stays attributed however far it travels through the community.
Reach the agent on WhatsApp
One tap on a listing opens WhatsApp with the property details already written in. No new inbox to check, no in-app chat nobody opens.
English and Arabic, priced in AED
The interface and every property description run in both languages, right-to-left included. All figures are in dirhams — no conversion, no ambiguity.
Brochures in one click
Generate a branded PDF of any active listing — photos, price, size, description — carrying your name and your agency, ready to send to a client.
Search the whole league at once
Filter the entire community inventory by area and sub-community, property type, price, size and status — one search across every member’s stock.
List together. Sell together.
